You only need to provide approved property images. A listing link, property details, branding and route preferences are helpful bonuses, not requirements.
Select a property video, an interactive tour or both, then tell us about the property and where the result will be used.
Upload every useful image and confirm the required image rights and processing permission. Everything else can be left to us.
We confirm coverage, the room route and feasibility first. Production begins after the scope and payment or manual approval are confirmed.
You receive a private preview and can request one consolidated correction round. We then deliver the final MP4 files or website-ready tour.
The images are all we need from you. No special camera, floor plan, finished branding or written route is required. Extra information is welcome when available. The visual photo guide below shows which images work best.

One-time pricing
Your first service is 10% off. Choose video and tour together to receive 25% off both.
All amounts are in USD. The crossed-out values are the regular one-time prices. The 10% reduction applies to a business customer's first order. The 25% bundle reduction applies when both services are requested together for the same approved property. All displayed amounts are final prices; no VAT is charged or shown under Section 19 UStG (Kleinunternehmerregelung). The request creates no charge; a private Stripe authorization link is provided only after the customer preview is ready.

No. This service is designed to work from approved property photos rather than requiring you to buy compatible camera equipment or arrange a new scan. The images still need to show the property clearly enough to establish the important rooms and connections.
Upload every useful property image you have, up to 180 images per order. An optional logo is uploaded separately. The material is reviewed and the strongest views are selected for the final result.
Nothing beyond your contact details, approved property images and the required rights and processing confirmations. A listing link, property details, logo, branding, room order and call-to-action are optional bonuses that we can help prepare.
Yes. A link helps with review, but access is not guaranteed and the link itself does not prove image rights. If images cannot be accessed, you will be asked to upload them.
Only when you own the images or have permission to use and process them. No access restrictions are bypassed and no hidden data is collected.
No. Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, it is a digitally created interactive marketing presentation built from supplied images, not a measured survey.
